Editor, Motion Designer, 3D Modeler, Compositor (2010 - 2015)

After I finished film school I started seeking freelance motion design work, while trying breaking into the Australian film scene. Over the years I took on a diverse set of clients including Kojo, Oasis Post, Visionation, BHP, ABC, Triptych Pictures, and various short film projects. Most of my work was achieved with Photoshop, After FX and Cinema 4D, but the most valuable lesson I learnt from these years of motion design work were how to use color, animation and sounds to delightful effect. I feel this has impacted my work in app design and development in the use of animated UI, bouncey transitions, and the value of fun.
