Senior iOS Developer, IOS Team Lead (2016 - 2019)

I worked at Stitcher as Director of Product Design, Product Manager and iOS Team Lead. I came to Stitcher in 2016 when Midroll and Stitcher merged. As I began working on the Stitcher iOS codebase it became clear that a deep rewrite was needed in order to continue feature development, so I took on the role of App Architect and rewrote much of the application. This included the core MVC architecture, view layers, and event managers. This foundation has served us well and underpins the core of Stitcher iOS that is live in the App Store right now. It has a crash-free rate of 99.9% and has proved a good foundation for future work.

Working at Stitcher taught me a huge amount about project management, app design, unit testing, usability testing, team structure, task assignment, Agile methodology and most of all leadership.
